Dina Hmoud

Dina Hmoud is currently serving as a Release Manager at KNAPP since April 2023. Prior to this role, Dina held various positions at Wiley from January 2017 to November 2023, including Quality Assurance Team Lead and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Dina's expertise in software quality assurance was further developed at CASHU as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer from September 2015 to January 2017, where responsibilities included defining QA testing scope and participating in various testing types. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Aspire IT Services from May 2011 to September 2015, where Dina was the primary contact for releases between clients and the company and facilitated communication between onshore teams and clients. Dina holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering from Al Balqa Applied University (2005-2010) and is an ISTQB Certified Tester at the Foundation Level.
