Shuwei Chang

ShuWei Chang has a Master's degree in industrial engineering from Tunghai University and a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Chung Yuan Christian University. Currently working as a Manager at 友達光電, ShuWei has led a research and development team of 45 members focusing on deep learning, collaborative robotic firmware, AloT, and software development for smart industrial solutions. Prior to this role, ShuWei has held various positions such as Assistant Manager in smart manufacturing, Principal Engineer specializing in financial and project management, Senior Engineer in system development and material management, and Engineer in system integration. ShuWei also worked as an Engineer at Wellypower Optronics Corporation as a production planner.
