Tetiana Siemashko

Tetiana Siemashko is a seasoned professional in the field of English language instruction and program development, currently serving as the Founder and Workshops Facilitator at ESOL School Solutions since February 2024. In this role, Tetiana empowers ESOL Schools to create innovative programs and attract students. Simultaneously, Tetiana is an English Second Language Instructor at American University Kyiv, delivering virtual instruction focused on standard American English. As Program Manager at Au Pair Weekend since June 2022, Tetiana has enhanced student experiences through engaging courses and feedback systems. Previously, Tetiana founded English 4 Real Life, developing multiple EdTech products while facilitating training for cross-functional teams. Tetiana's earlier roles include ESOL Training Specialist at EPAM Systems and various teaching positions at educational institutions. Tetiana holds a Master's degree in English Literature from Kyiv National Linguistics University and a certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults from the University of Cambridge.
