Ben Golan

Ben Golan is a data engineering team lead at AU10TIX since January 2022, overseeing a team of three data engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines using Agile methodologies. Prior experience includes serving as data warehouse development team leader at Bank Hapoalim from October 2019 to February 2022, where leadership of a ten-developer team focused on over 3000 ETL and data pipeline processes. Ben also held roles such as ETL team leader at Bank Leumi, where a team of four worked on a large-scale project, and lead developer and system analyst at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD, designing over 100 ETL jobs for the enterprise data warehouse. Earlier positions include system analyst and ETL developer at Discount Bank and technical project manager at Bank Leumi, with a career beginning as a sales analyst at Bezeq. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ono Academic College.
