Kausi Manmadan is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in high-end restaurants. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at The Ivy Collection and CH&CO since January 2018, Kausi also holds a longstanding position as Sous Chef at Aubaine Restaurants since September 2012 and as Senior Chef Partie at Yaal Restaurant since August 2009. Kausi's culinary training was completed at Made in Italy Academy, where education took place from 2010 to 2016.
