Mónica Silvestre

Mónica Silvestre has extensive experience in talent recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Recruitment Team Leader at Aubay Portugal since August 2017, after progressing through roles as Senior Talent Recruiter and Talent Recruiter within the company, which specializes in integration and technology consulting. Prior to Aubay, Mónica completed a Human Resources internship at Staples and worked as an Assistant at Inditex. Mónica holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas.
