Jaya Lakshmi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Currently, they hold the position of Lead - Talent Acquisition at RapidAI and Zinnov, starting from May 2022. Prior to this, Jaya worked as a Senior Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at GSK from April 2021 to May 2022. Jaya also served as the Head of Human Resources at ELGU India, an e-learning platform, from September 2020 to March 2021. Earlier in their career, Jaya worked as a Resource Executive at Porus Resources, where they handled IT recruitment for various clients.

Jaya Lakshmi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management and Information Technology from CBSMS between 1999 and 2001.
