Shelby Vollmers has extensive experience in talent and culture management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Talent & Culture at Auberge Resorts Collection's Solage since September 2016. Previously, Shelby held various positions within the same company, including Learning & Development Manager and Assistant Talent & Culture Manager, as well as working as the Talent & Culture/Acquisition Coordinator at Calistoga Ranch and Lead Spa Coordinator at Solage Calistoga.
