Ritu Kiran

Ritu Kiran is an accomplished leader in the field of human resources and neurodiversity, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Aubilities since August 2020, where the focus is on raising awareness and promoting neurodiversity in the workplace through an innovative platform. Ritu is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Resources for Autism, contributing to the support of individuals with autism. Experience includes roles as Director of HR Operations for GoDaddy and Gilead Sciences, and Director of Transformation at Virgin Media, where Ritu led significant HR operations and transformation initiatives across multiple countries. Additionally, Ritu's background includes management consulting at Accenture and Korda & Company, coupled with robust educational credentials, including an MSc from the University of Oxford and a BA from King's College London.
