Heather Baker

Heather Baker, Ed.D, currently serves as the Middle School Principal at Aubrey Independent School District since March 2022. Prior to this role, Heather accumulated extensive experience at Northwest Independent School District from June 2009 to March 2022, where positions included Assistant Principal, Literacy/RTI Support Teacher, Sixth Grade ELA Teacher, and Fifth Grade Teacher. Heather holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University, earned between January 2019 and December 2021, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University, completed in 2009. Heather graduated from North Crowley High School in 2006.
