Austin Hanks

Austin Hanks, P.E., CPD, is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the construction and HVAC sectors. Since November 2011, Austin has served as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer at Auburn Mechanical, Inc., providing expertise in mechanical engineering for various construction projects and ensuring compliance with specifications and codes. Prior roles include involvement with ASHRAE's Conference Welcoming Committee, serving as a referee for high school water polo, and working as a design engineer at ACCO Engineered Systems, where responsibilities included HVAC system design and drafting. Austin also gained valuable experience through internships at Control Air North, Monarch Mechanical, and Plogco, Inc. Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
