Wally Belhadi, Ph.D., currently serves as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Auburn University since May 2023, following a diverse career in engineering and academia. Wally participated in the Emerging Engineer Program at IPC from January 2022 to June 2024 and held multiple positions at Auburn University from May 2019 to June 2024, including Co-instructor for Reliability Engineering at the graduate level, Graduate Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Instructor for Electronic Manufacturing Systems. Additional experience includes tutoring in subjects such as Deterministic Operations Research and Statistical Quality Design at Auburn Athletics, internships at Equipment & Controls and Vallourec, and participation in behavioral economics experiments at CNRS. Wally's early ventures include a project leadership role at SNCF and an internship at Sasace Spa, as well as co-founding Assurair Algeria, a company focused on carbon monoxide gas detectors. Academically, Wally earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and holds multiple degrees in the field from prestigious institutions.
