Zoltan Kovacs

Zoltan Kovacs currently serves as the Head of IT at Auchan Retail Magyarország since April 2023. Prior to this role, Zoltan held significant positions at OTP Bank as a Senior Manager in IT Service Integration and Process Development, and as a Senior ITSM Consultant, focusing on ITIL-based processes and ServiceNow implementation. Zoltan's consulting experience includes work at Vialto Consulting Ltd. and leadership roles in application operations at Aegon Magyarország and IT operational services at T-Systems Hungary Ltd. Further back, Zoltan headed services at Fujitsu Technology Solutions AG, led the information security department at MÁV-csoport, and directed the consulting department at KÜRT Information Management & Data Recovery Co. Zoltan holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gépipari és Automatizálási Műszaki főiskola.
