Helen Dudley

Helen Dudley is an experienced physiotherapist and director with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director at Auckland Physiotherapy since January 2015, Helen also specializes as a Clinical Pilates Instructor and in Corporate Wellness. Previous roles include Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates Instructor at Bodyreform in Grey Lynn, Auckland, and Senior Physiotherapist at Middlemore Hospital. Helen's early career involved working as a Physiotherapist at York Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Northumbria University, a Post Graduate Certification in Rehabilitation from Auckland University of Technology, and training in Clinical Pilates from Polestar Pilates.
