Hannah Carnaby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human-centered design, customer experience, people experience, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Human-Centred Designer at Auckland Transport since September 2019, Hannah has held various leadership roles including People Experience Design Lead and Culture and Transformation Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions as People and Culture Consultant at ASB Bank and Employment Relations Case Manager at Westpac New Zealand Limited. Hannah began their career at Telecom New Zealand, taking on multiple roles including Programme Consultant and Employment Brand Advisor. Additionally, Hannah holds a Master's degree in Physical Education from the University of Otago and has been distinguished for academic achievements during studies.
