Lisa Hope

Lisa Hope is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Auckland Transport since October 2020, Lisa collaborates with executive leaders in the Integrated Networks and Customer Experience portfolios. Previously, Lisa held various key roles at Insurance Australia Group, including Head of People & Culture Services, where responsibilities encompassed performance, remuneration, and payroll, and GM/Head of Specialist Business. Other significant positions include Change and Communications Lead, Business Projects Lead at Spark New Zealand, and financial roles at organizations such as Westfield and Woolworths. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Accounting from Auckland University of Technology, is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and has a Post Graduate Certificate in Management Studies from The University of Waikato.
