Sergio Dyson

Sergio Dyson is an experienced Learning & Development professional with a track record of leading training initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Learning & Development Lead at Auckland Transport since October 2016, Sergio is responsible for driving learning programs in assigned portfolios, coaching participants, and ensuring alignment with business requirements. Prior roles include Training Lead for a Case Management Transformation project and Trainer specializing in Liquor Compliance at NSF International. With earlier experience in documentation and training roles at Westpac, Fairfax Media, Fonterra, and Capitec Bank, as well as extensive background in training and compliance at Woolworths, Sergio has developed a comprehensive skill set in training strategy development, execution, and resource alignment. Sergio holds a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
