Helene Richter

Helene Richter is a seasoned professional in learning and development with a strong background in project management. Currently serving as Lead Learning & Development at Dynatrace since May 2021, Richter previously held the position of Community Lead Agile Coaches & Facilitators at Deutsche Telekom from January 2020 to May 2021. Experience also includes project management roles at T-Systems from March 2013 to January 2020, and as a Senior Project Management Expert at Erste Group Bank AG for a brief period in late 2012. Additionally, Richter worked as a Project Management Consultant at Pcubed, focusing on PMO setup and project management consulting for major global clients. Academic qualifications include two MSc degrees in Software Engineering & Internet Computing, and Business Informatics from Technische Universität Wien.
