Sharon Duke has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sharon started their career as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at SESAC in 1993. During their time there, they were responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting systems and software for allocating royalties to songwriters and publishers. Sharon also worked on software for licensing music broadcasters. Sharon was instrumental in developing new software to allocate royalties based on real-time song detection technology. Sharon collaborated with Royalties and Finance departments to gather business requirements and design required features. Sharon utilized the RPG IV programming language to design and implement new programs in support of business needs. After leaving SESAC in 2015, Sharon joined Community Health Systems as a Programmer/Analyst before moving on to Wegmann Automotive as an IBM i Administrator. Currently, Sharon is working as a Senior IBM i Developer at Auction Edge, Inc.

Sharon Duke attended Rogers High School from 1976 to 1980, where they did not pursue a specific field of study. Later, they enrolled at Muscle Shoals State Technical School from 1981 to 1982, specializing in Data Processing.
