POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Transactional Counsel to join Audax Group’s 15 person in-house legal and compliance team. The role will provide legal advice and support to transactions and fund-related matters for Audax’ Private Debt business as well as their external stakeholders. As a key partner to our internal stakeholders, the ability to communicate legal expertise and business advice to our investment teams and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner will be critical to success in the role.

LOCATION: New York, NY. This position is in the office 4 days/week. These in-office requirements may be adjusted based on the needs of the business.
For New York City only: The base salary range for this position is $250,000/yr. - $275,000/yr. with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
