Donald Bramley

Partner, Audax Private Equity at Audax Group

Don is a Managing Director for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. For nearly 20 years Don has been involved with more than 40 of Audax’ platform companies. Don mainly focuses on business services, distribution, specialty chemical, and industrial technology investments.

Prior to joining Audax, Don was a Partner with The Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory firm; a Managing Director with Meredith, Martin & Kaye, an investment management firm; FMC Corporation in their corporate development department; and at Salomon Brothers in investment banking in both New York and Hong Kong.

Additionally, Don serves on the President’s Leadership Council at Middlebury College; as a director of The Wily Network, a not-for-profit focused on college success for students aged out of foster care or homeless; and previously served as a trustee of the Fessenden School in West Newton, Massachusetts, for five terms, including two terms as board President.

Don received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
