Margarita Pineda-Ucero

Margarita is a Managing Director at Audax Private Debt. She is responsible for overseeing the portfolio management activity across Audax Senior Debt portfolios.

Prior to joining Audax in 2021, Margarita served as Senior Advisor in corporate transformations, as well as Chief Risk Officer for Latin America at GE Capital. Her path in commercial lending has covered Asia, Europe, Latin America and the USA in new business underwriting, portfolio management, M&A, restructurings, reorganizations and divestitures of par and distressed loan portfolios and operating platforms.

Additionally, Margarita serves as Board Director -nominated by the IFC, a World Bank Group Company- at its strategic partner in Colombia; a servicing company managing distressed middle market and small loans.

Margarita received an MBA from ITAM-Mexico, a BS in Industrial Engineering from ITESM-Mexico and graduated from the Women on Boards Program at Yale School of Management.
