Damien Douchet has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Damien started their career in 1998 as the Chief Operations Officer and co-founder of KiMAP Sàrl, where they managed customers, suppliers, projects, HR, and administration & finance. Afterwards, they worked as a Project Manager at Manufacture Ruedin SA (Swatch Group) from 2002 to 2005. Damien then moved to Swatch Group / Corporate Controlling as a Corporate Controller & Project Manager from 2005 to 2007. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a Senior Controller & Project Manager at Blancpain (Swatch Group). In 2009, Damien founded their own company, Douchet Engineering & Consulting, where they served as the Founder & owner until 2011. Damien then joined Bobst SA as a Senior Manufacturing Controller & Project Manager in 2011. Finally, they have been working at Audemars Piguet since 2012 in various roles, most recently as the Head of Group Customer Service Operations since September 2020.
