Jeff Hefti has worked as a Dessinateur industriel CAO at Audemars Piguet since November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Technicien de surface at AG NETTOYAGE from September 2021 to October 2021.

Jeff Hefti attended ETVJ - Ecole Technique de la Vallée de Joux from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a CFC (Certificat Fédéral de Capacité) in Dessinateur en Construction Microtechnique. In July 2021, they received the CFC de Dessinateur en Construction Microtechnique certification from ETVJ - Ecole Technique de la Vallée de Joux.
