Thibaut L.

Thibaut L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thibaut is currently employed at Audemars Piguet as the Head of Research, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Thibaut was a Research Manager at Audemars Piguet from July 2020 to January 2022 and a Research Project Manager from August 2018 to June 2020.

In 2018, Thibaut briefly worked at Cartier as an R&I Project Manager in the Materials and processes department. Before that, they served as a Senior Project and Process Development Manager at Merz Therapeutics from July 2014 to March 2018.

Thibaut's earlier career includes roles at Arjowiggins Security as an R&D Manager from September 2010 to June 2014 and an R&D Project Manager from September 2007 to October 2010. Thibaut also had a short stint as an Engineering Process Manager at EXPLORAIR from January 2007 to August 2007.

Thibaut began their professional journey as an R&D Project Engineer and PhD candidate at Ahlstrom from September 2003 to December 2006, where they later worked as an R&D Project Manager trainee from April 2003 to September 2003.

Before entering the professional world, Thibaut worked as a Skiman at SKISET from 1996 to 2003.

Thibaut L. began their education in 1998 at the Université Savoie Mont Blanc, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Material Science. Thibaut then went on to attend Polytech Lyon from 2000 to 2003, earning an Engineer diploma in Material sciences and Surfaces Engineering. In 2003, Thibaut enrolled at the INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon and completed a Master's Degree in Materials Science.

Continuing their academic journey, Thibaut pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from 2003 to 2006, specializing in Material Science.

Aside from their formal education, Thibaut obtained various certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2016, they earned a Yellow Belt in lean six sigma from CUBIK Partners. Furthermore, in 2017, they completed Watchmaking basic training from ifage and received PMI training from Cegos SWISS. Most recently, in 2019, Thibaut obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Skilltec.
