Yao Dong

Yao Dong serves as the Head of Training and Development at 大众汽车（安徽）有限公司 since April 2021, focusing on training design, implementation, and people development. Concurrently, Yao has held a role in Competence Management at Audi China since May 2019, where responsibilities include building and managing competence development and requalification systems. Starting in May 2012, Yao has also been an HR Senior Consultant at Volkswagen Group China, overseeing recruitment processes and collaborating with headquarters on expatriate management. Prior experience at Volkswagen Group China Import Company involved planning and implementing training courses and leadership events from July 2016 to May 2019. Yao Dong earned a Master of Business Administration in Communication and Media Studies from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin between 2006 and 2008.
