Simon Henke

Simon Henke currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Audi Formula Racing GmbH since August 2023. Prior experience includes leadership as Head of the Legal Department at Volkswagen (AnHui) Automotive Company Limited from October 2021 to August 2023, and serving as an Associate Lawyer at ADVANT Beiten from August 2017 to October 2021. Simon Henke gained insights into legal and investment practices while advising German companies on corporate establishment in China during a tenure at AHK Greater China in 2016. Previous roles also encompass positions as Legal Counsel at TARGOBANK and a Legal Clerk at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, following an internship at Baker & McKenzie.
