Florian Fuhrmann is a seasoned professional in customer relationship management, operations, and marketing, currently serving as Director of CRM and Customer Acquisition at audibene since January 2017. Prior to this role, Florian held various positions including Head of Product Europe and Senior Product & Marketing Manager for France at audibene. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Yapital overseeing B2B and B2C operations, and at Wooga managing operations and community management for significant app launches. Florian has extensive expertise in customer care, having established support departments for Affinitas GmbH - eDarling, and has experience in project management with the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie. Florian holds a Diplom in Political Science and Business Administration from Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, along with education from Universität des Saarlandes and Aix-Marseille University.
