Brooke Poat

Brooke Poat, MLER, serves as the HR Technology Project Manager at Audible, overseeing various HR projects and specializing in configuring HR business processes in Workday. With a robust background in human resources, Brooke has held multiple roles at Audible, including Senior Human Resources Generalist and Senior Human Resources Coordinator, contributing significantly to the implementation of Workday HCM and managing onboarding and offboarding processes. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Jr. Generalist role at EXL and leadership positions in volunteer programs at Rutgers University, where Brooke developed community service initiatives and guided leadership development activities.
