Emma Saurin has a diverse and extensive work experience in HR. Emma started their career in 2005 as an HR VP Assistant and Recruiter at EADS Barfield, where they assisted with HR needs and built the HR and recruiting function. Emma then worked as an HR Coordinator at Airbus in 2007, focusing on customer services.
In 2008, Emma joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as an HR Consultant in the Global Banking & Markets division. Emma was responsible for executing projects from the London HR hub to a global population. Emma also served as the Operations Manager for the Redundancy Operations Centre, where they managed redundancy processes and stakeholder management.
From 2010 to 2016, Emma worked at Goldman Sachs as an HR Business Partner in the Investment Banking Division, focusing on strategic HR initiatives.
In 2017, they joined Nomura as an HR Advisor - Vice President. Emma'srole involved partnering with the leadership team and providing guidance on people issues, as well as working with HR specialist teams across a range of HR disciplines.
Since 2018, Emma has been working at VistaJet in various roles. Emma started as an HR Manager, representing approximately 250 employees across offices in London, New York, and Hong Kong. More recently, they transitioned into the role of Project Manager - HR Technology, overseeing HR technology projects.
Throughout their career, Emma has displayed expertise in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, project management, and HR systems design.
Emma Saurin completed a Hands-on Intro to Startup Equity and Valuations course at General Assembly before or in 2017. In the same year, they also took Understanding the Stack course at General Assembly. From 2017 to 2018, Emma pursued a Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice at Full Circle Development. Additionally, Emma holds a Master's Degree in Business/Human Resources/Information System from KEDGE Business School, which they obtained between 2003 and 2008.
