Jason Massello

Jason Massello is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and strategic regulatory programs. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel and Head of ERM and Strategic Regulatory Programs at Audible, Inc. since March 2014, Jason provides in-house legal counsel for a global digital media business within Amazon, specializing in product and technology matters related to spoken word audio experiences. Prior to this, Jason practiced as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions from September 2010 to March 2014. Jason began a career in product management at Springer and Blackwell (now Wiley) before pursuing a law degree at Columbia Law School, where a Juris Doctor was obtained in 2010, following a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Colgate University in 2003.
