Julieanne Pogue is an accomplished narrator and producing director with extensive experience in the performing arts and literature accessibility. As a narrator for the American Printing House for the Blind since 1977, Pogue has narrated over 700 books and received the first Alexander Scourby Award for excellence in narration in 1985. Currently, Pogue provides narration for Audible, Inc. while also serving as the producing director for The Unusual Suspects since 2010, focusing on sourcing unique scripts and securing funding. Past roles include Director of Education at the Actors Guild of Lexington, where Pogue directed outreach programs and coached young actors, and as a member of Stage One, the Louisville Children's Theatre, where Pogue developed educational programs and directed performances.
