Mike Macchione is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience and visual design. Currently serving as Director of UX and Design Systems at Audible since July 2014, Mike leads a team focused on creating a scalable design system and reusable component library. Prior to that, Mike held the position of Associate Creative Director at Catch 24 Advertising & Design, where notable projects included a campaign for the American Museum of Natural History and successful digital subscription initiatives for TIME, Inc. Additionally, Mike has experience as a Senior Art Director for a variety of high-profile clients, including Lufthansa and IBM, and worked as a designer and web developer early in their career. Mike holds a BFA in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from the State University of New York at Oswego.
