Miriam Fein-Cole

Miriam Fein-Cole is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently, as Director of Software Development at Audible since April 2020, Miriam oversees an engineering team focused on backend technologies to enhance Audible's search functionality, utilizing the AWS ecosystem and Gen AI. Prior to this role, Miriam served as Director of Engineering at Rosetta Stone, where leadership included the development of key educational applications and APIs, and involvement in diversity recruitment initiatives. Experience also includes a senior software engineering position at Lexia Learning, where development efforts focused on writing skills and data reporting, as well as a lead software engineer consulting role at EPS Literacy and Intervention. Miriam holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Binghamton University.
