Shaun Brodsky

Shaun Brodsky currently serves as the Global Head of Talent, Rewards, and Insights at Audible, having held several leadership roles within the company since November 2021, including Global Head of Total Rewards and People Analytics. Prior to Audible, Shaun was with the National Basketball Association (NBA) from March 2016 to November 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Global Compensation and Team Consulting, focusing on strategic counsel and program development to enhance organizational efficiency and performance. Shaun's previous experience includes roles at HBO, A&E Television Networks, Johnson & Johnson, and Six Flags, showcasing a strong background in compensation analysis and human resources. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Sports Management from Rutgers University.
