Jitsi Kirjavainen

Jitsi Kirjavainen is a Network Specialist at Audico Systems Oy since April 2024, previously serving as the Director of Airtime and Address Space at Nordea from January 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included onboarding devices and enhancing user experience. Prior to that, Jitsi held the position of Tail of Cyber Intelligence Analytics at Nordea, focusing on innovative and analytical suggestions. Jitsi's experience includes a role as a Specialist at the University of the Arts Helsinki from August 2014 to December 2020, overseeing the design and administration of network infrastructure. Jitsi was also the ICT Manager at the Academy of Fine Arts, University of the Arts Helsinki from January 2009 to August 2014, managing all aspects of ICT including workstations and budgeting. Early career roles included System Specialist at Appelsiini Finland Oy and Elisa Oyj, providing customer support and handling internet services, as well as a web administration role at MMD Group Oy. Jitsi holds a Bachelor of Culture and Arts in New Media from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, completed between 2007 and 2009.
