Gina Cornelio has a diverse work experience. Gina began their career in 2016 as an Assistant Manager at Subway, where they provided excellent customer service, directed a team of 25 members, and processed financial transactions. In 2019, they joined Connect Research as a Market Research Specialist in Information Security, where they managed market research initiatives, sourced and screened for survey participants, and measured and tracked market outcomes and insights. Later that year, they also began working as an Executive Assistant at Harvest Acres Farm, where they created a marketing strategy, distributed flyers, reached out to external networks, and created and maintained empathetic relationships with members of the program. In 2020, they joined Audicus as a Customer Experience Team Lead and Product Specialist, where they managed a pod of up to 5 Customer Experience Associates, oversaw the onboarding process, assisted agents with workload management, and monitored agent capacity. Additionally, in 2016, they worked as a Student Office Assistant at the University of Rhode Island, where they worked with Financial Aid Advisors and helped students with any questions or concerns.
