Deanna Waldrop has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Deanna began their career at Procter & Gamble in 1997 as a Team Coach/Process Engineer. After working there for four years, they moved on to Albany International in 2001, where they held roles such as Department Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Global SAP Quality Management Team Lead. In 2011, they joined Albany Engineered Composites and took on various positions, including Director of Business Systems & Infrastructure, Director of Leap Operations, Senior Director of LEAP Program Management, Vice President of ASC Program Management, and General Manager of Albany Safran Composites. In 2017, they took a sabbatical and career break before joining Q-Centrix in 2018. At Q-Centrix, they have held the positions of Director of Client Operations, Senior Director of Client Services, and currently serves as the Vice President of Client Services and Data Integrity.

Deanna Waldrop earned their MBA, Summa Cum Laude, in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, attending from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their academic qualifications, Deanna also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Quality Gurus Inc., which they obtained in March 2023.
