Katie Rhoden has worked in various roles since 2013. Katie began their career at Texas Tech University Southwest Collections Library as a Data Processor, where they processed and sorted large collections of manuscripts and artifacts in an office setting. Katie then moved to The Museum of Modern Art as a Visitor Services Temp, directing guests and organizing crowds. After that, they worked as a Receptionist at Forrest Solutions, where they handled front office reception and administrative duties at various Manhattan offices. In 2016, they worked as a Server at Hillstone Restaurant Group. In 2017, they were an Associate Media and Outreach Manager at Live In Theater Productions. In 2018, they were a Server at Matter House. Since 2020, they have been working at Audicus, first as a Customer Experience Associate providing white glove service for post-purchase B2C customers, then as a CX Operations Lead, and currently as a CX Operations Manager, initiating and managing projects with great attention to detail and regularly highlighting and implementing solutions for inefficiencies in internal processes.
Katie Rhoden received their Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Texas Tech University between 2010 and 2014. Katie then attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy between 2014 and 2016, where they received a Music Theatre Conservatory Certificate in Musical Theatre. Additionally, they attended The American Musical and Dramatic Academy between 2014 and 2016. In May 2022, they obtained a certification in Google Sheets - The Comprehensive Masterclass from Udemy.
