Niels-Chr. Holt

Niels-Chr. Holt is currently the CFO at AudienceProject. Prior to this, they were the Head of Pricing & Insights at Novozymes from July 2014 to July 2018. From June 2011 to June 2014, Holt was the Finance Manager for the Nordic Region at DLH Group. Holt has also worked as a Commercial Development Manager (B2B) at Circle K Europe from July 2007 to March 2010, and as a Personal Assistant at DLG Group from January 2006 to June 2007.

During their time at AudienceProject, Holt has been responsible for Financial, Compliance and Operational activities. Niels-Chr. has also been instrumental in developing and implementing a license-based pricing strategy, as well as a new commercial agreement framework. In addition, Holt has successfully secured debt financing with an external party to support further growth and investments.

Under Holt's leadership, the finance setup at AudienceProject has been revamped, reducing finance costs by 60%. Niels-Chr. has also changed financial tools to cloud-based solutions, including an ERP system, accounting software and consolidation tool. Furthermore, Holt has setup subsidiaries in Germany, United Kingdom and France.

Most recently, Holt has developed and implemented a BI tool to support commercial decision making, as well as a sales incentive program.

Niels-Chr. Holt has a MBA from IE Business School, a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. Niels-Chr. also has certification from Valcon in Lean.

They work with Eric Eijkelenboom - VP, Engineering, Thomas Jepsen - VP, Sales, and Brian Meritam Larsen - CCO & COO. Niels-Chr. Holt reports to Henrik Lauritzen, CEO.
