Fiona MacLaren Ba

Fiona MacLaren BA(Hons) has extensive experience in technology and management, currently serving as CloudOps Manager at AudienceView since June 2010, after progressing through roles including SRE Manager, Infrastructure Engineer, and Application Support Analyst. Prior to this, Fiona was the Production Manager for CoastRider Newspaper, overseeing a team of graphic designers for a weekly publication with a distribution of 25,000 copies. Additional experience includes IT Manager at Millennium Worldwide, managing services for multiple franchises in Spain, the UK, and the USA, and a Helpdesk Officer at the Corporation of London. Earlier roles also include Support Specialist at GalatheaSTS, providing support across an extensive customer base, and Systems Consultant at West End Theatre Bookings. Fiona holds a 2:1 degree in Culture and Media Studies from Middlesex University.
