Steven Raj Kothapalli has extensive experience in customer support and technical roles, currently serving as a Customer Support Manager at Audintel Inc. since December 2016, where previous positions included Customer Service Team Lead and Associate. Prior to this, Steven worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Mahindra from April 2015 to October 2016. Steven holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from St. Mary’s Institute of Engineering and Technology and completed secondary education at Don Bosco High School.
