Jan Abildgaard Pedersen

Jan Abildgaard Pedersen is a highly experienced professional in the audio technology sector, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at LIZN ApS since September 2023. As the Founder and CEO of Jan Abildgaard Pedersen Consult, since January 2022, Jan provides a broad range of consulting services focused on sound tuning, audio DSP algorithms, and audio research. Jan's involvement with the Audio Engineering Society spans from 2007 to the present, including roles as Past President and Associate Technical Editor. Previous positions include CTO at AceZone, Senior Manager at Amazon Lab126, and various senior roles at Dynaudio A/S and Bang & Olufsen. Jan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in DSP and Acoustics from Aalborg University.
