Rich Sprungle

Rich Sprungle has a strong background in operations and executive leadership. Rich began their career at Little Tikes / Newell Rubbermaid in 1986, where they played a vital role in purchasing, distribution, and international operations for over a decade. In 1997, they joined Fasteners For Retail as Vice President of Operations, a position they held until 2000. Since then, they have been serving as Vice President of Operations at Audio-Technica U.S., Inc.

Rich Sprungle earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management (BSIM) from The University of Akron, where they studied from 1975 to 1979. Later on, from 1980 to 1982, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management at Baldwin Wallace University.
