Alex Shlachter has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and management. Alex started their career in 2005 at Comverse, where they worked as a Configuration Management Infrastructure Tools Developer. Alex'sresponsibilities included developing CM and ALM integrated systems based on Rational ClearQuest and ClearCase. Alex also served as an administrator for ClearQuest and multisite. From 2008 to 2010, Alex worked as a Technical Manager and developer in the PDM Systems development team at Comverse, where they focused on .NET and VB6 client and server applications development on the Enovia SmarTeam platform and integration with various Information Systems. In 2010, they became a Technical Manager in the IT R&D department, responsible for architecture and technical design, Scrum implementation and management, source and release management, and resource management. From 2011 to 2013, Alex served as a Technical Manager in the IT - Information Systems group at Comverse, leading the R&D team and working on systems development. In 2013, they joined Radware as the R&D Tools Team Leader. In this role, they led a team and focused on R&D tools. Since 2014, Alex has been working at AudioCodes, where they started as a Software Team Leader, leading a multidisciplinary team of Software, DevOps, and QA Engineers. Alex was responsible for developing a Call Recording solution for enterprises. Alex then moved on to become the R&D Group Manager, leading the R&D group of enterprise Unified Communication Recording solutions. Alex'sresponsibilities included developing an enterprise interactions recording platform designed to help enterprises record their unified communication data for later-stage AI or Speech Analytics applications.

Alex Shlachter attended The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2001 to 2005. Alex earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science during this time.
