Erin Romeo has accumulated extensive work experience throughout their career. Erin currently holds the role of VP Alliances, Global at AudioCodes, where they are responsible for curating and nurturing partnerships with technology integration partners and reseller ecosystems. Prior to this, Erin served as the VP Alliances at A10 Networks, where they focused on providing best-in-class solutions and services for customer security. Erin also worked as the Sales Director, Central at Pexip, where they led a team in facilitating interoperability between various video systems. Erin's experience at ConvergeOne involved driving double-digit growth in Microsoft Productivity profitability and expanding the market's knowledge of digital transformation possibilities. During their time at Enghouse Interactive, they implemented a regional channel management strategy and conducted market sales training. Erin also worked as a Unified Communications Consultant at Logicalis, where they targeted cost savings efficiencies and improved presence visibility for organizations with 2000+ employees. Additionally, they served as the National Business Development Manager at Automated Voice & Data Solutions, where they developed industry-specific collateral, drove pipeline growth, and quarterbacked education value workshops. Erin began their career as a Factory Distributor at Kirby Company, where they excelled in sales and advanced through the ranks. Their diverse experience also includes a role as the Director of Business Development at Enviro-San Corporation, where they focused on "Green" construction material sales and project design collaboration.

Erin Romeo has a diverse education history that spans various fields and institutions. In 1992, they attended Spring Hill College, where they studied Psychology and Marketing. From 1986 to 1990, they attended Jesuit, although the specific area of study is unknown.

Throughout their career, Erin has obtained several certifications and completed various courses. In 2005, they took an architectural class at On-center, focusing on topics such as OST Take off, OCS, and Quick Bid. In 2006, they received a certification from Certification GTCO for becoming a Digitizer manager application. Erin also obtained the Certification Canon in 2007, specializing in iPF700 Architectural Drafting Finish Division and Superstructures. In 2008, Erin underwent sales and desktop training at Altigen Communication, followed by sales strategy training at the same institution.

Erin's educational pursuits continued in 2009, when they attended Lonestar Entreprenurial College, studying Small Business Administration (SBA). During the same year, they also received training in Unified Communications Virtualization with Hyper-V from Microsoft CE. In 2011, they became UC Certified at IBM Sametime. The following year, Erin attained two certifications at Microsoft: Unified Communication Lync Certified and Unified Messaging Sales Design Certification. In 2013, they acquired Sales and API Certification from Plantronics and Call Center/Business Process Automation Sales Engineering Certification from Zeacom. In the year following, they completed the Digital Marketing: Permission Based Marketing program at General Assembly - CE - CBT.

In recent years, Erin has pursued additional certifications and courses. In 2015, they obtained the MTC Partner Portal, Ready to Market, and Experience Theater certifications from Microsoft Technology Center. Erin also completed a Master Course in UX Design at Udemy in the same year. In 2017, Erin received training in Microsoft Challenger Selling and Insight Selling from Microsoft, earning a certification in the latter.
