Krista Pacheco

Krista Pacheco has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Krista is currently working as a Project Manager at AudioCodes since 2021.

Prior to this, they worked at NTT Communications as a Global Project Manager from 2013 to 2021. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Intelisys as an Escalation & Retention Project Manager. In this role, they escalated and resolved provisioning, implementation, billing, and out-of-service issues for over 300 channel partners. Krista also attended mediation conferences and interacted with high-level executives.

Prior to Intelisys, Krista worked at AT&T | ACC Business as a Project Manager from 2000 to 2009. Krista managed voice and local services for commercial accounts and coordinated installation and activation with customers and vendors.

Outside of their corporate experience, Krista also served on the Board of Directors and was the Former Board Secretary and Adjudicator of the Southern California Judging Association. Additionally, they worked at Lucent Technologies | Avaya as a Sales Account Manager and System Consultant from 1993 to 2000, where they managed sales and provided on-site support and technical reviews to customers.

Krista Pacheco began their education in 1986 at California State University, Long Beach, where they studied Business for three years. Krista then attended DeVry Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. In 1994, Krista pursued their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Phoenix, specializing in Business Administration, which they completed in 1997.
