Nati Merfish

Nati Merfish has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades.

- From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a lead developer at MTS.

- In 1999, they transitioned to ECI Telecom and held the position of Director, R&D Network Management until 2003.

- From there, they joined Veraz Network as Director R&D Network Management from 1999 to 2006.

- They then moved to Veraz Networks as Director from 2006 to 2008.

- In 2008, they became the Director of System Architecture at Veraz/Dialogic until 2011.

- From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Mellanox Technologies as a Sr Project Manager.

- Currently, Nati is the R&D Solutions Group Manager at AudioCodes, a position they have held since 2014. In this role, they lead a development group responsible for multiple network management and routing applications in unified communication environments. They also oversee the DevOps team, responsible for implementing methodologies, tools, and automation for the entire R&D division. Additionally, they manage the SaaS Infrastructure team, which handles common components and IaC for AudioCodes' SaaS offerings.

Nati Merfish has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Tel Aviv University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Information Technology, also from Tel Aviv University.
