Shlomi Pesach has extensive work experience in the field of customer support and technical management. Shlomi started their career in 1988 as a Team Leader in IDF. Shlomi then worked as a Laboratory Technician at Verint-Systems from 1997 to 1999. At Verint-Systems, they held various roles including Integration Engineer, Support Manager, Integration Manager, and Team Leader in the Support & Integration Department. Shlomi joined AudioCodes in 2017 as TAC Support Manager of EMEA and later became the Director of Customer Support EMEA in 2021. In these roles, they managed geographically dispersed teams and provided support to enterprise customers, OEMs, service providers, and global managed services engagements. Shlomi also handled troubleshooting, bug management, and work process development.

Shlomi Pesach attended Peres Academic Center from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
