Yossi Zadah has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Yossi started their career at New Court Resources as a Project Leader from 1993 to 1995. Yossi then moved to DenX, where they served as a Project Manager for the development of HighVision from 1995 to 1997, and later as VP Operations, managing the company's operations and supervising 25 employees from 1997 to 1998.

After that, Yossi joined CableCom Solutions (GadLine) as the VP R&D. In this role, they managed a group of 35 hardware and software engineers in an advanced broadband communications project and was responsible for the development of various devices and gateways from 1998 to 2002.

Following their role at CableCom Solutions, Yossi joined AudioCodes. Yossi initially served as a Project Manager in R&D for High-Density Media Gateways from 2002 to 2008. Yossi then transitioned to become the Director of Solution Marketing, responsible for the penetration of new technologies, from 2013 to 2015. Finally, Yossi held the position of VP, OVOC Product/Business Line Manager from 2015 onwards. In this role, they transformed AudioCodes' OVOC by introducing new products and solutions and growing its revenue from $2M to $8M in just three years. Yossi also defined and introduced new solutions and technologies to support device management, voice routing, and security for cloud models.

Throughout their career, Yossi has demonstrated their ability to manage projects, teams, and operations in various roles. Yossi has a strong background in technology, telecommunications, and product management.
